biannually in January to February and August to September. Employing a double-blind, peer-review
system, JELI ensures content quality. We invite article submissions in English , focusing on educational
leadership, pedagogical best practices, innovations in teaching and learning, and related topics. Submission
deadlines should be at least 30 days before the nearest publication date; otherwise, they will be considered
for the next round.
