About the Journal


The Journal of Educational Leadership and Innovation (JELI) is a peer-reviewed academic e-journal published by University College Fairview, Malaysia. The journal provides a scholarly platform for the dissemination of original research, conceptual papers, and innovative practices in the field of educational leadership. JELI focuses on leadership theory, educational management, innovation in educational practices, policy studies, and institutional development, with an emphasis on contemporary challenges and transformative leadership in education.

The Journal of Educational Leadership and Innovation (JELI) is an open-access online journal published biannually (January–February and August–September). JELI employs a double-blind peer-review system to ensure content quality. We invite article submissions in English focusing on educational leadership, pedagogical best practices, innovations in teaching and learning, and related topics. Submission deadlines should be at least 30 days before the nearest publication date; otherwise, submissions will be considered for the next round.
