The Journal of Educational Leadership and Innovation (JELI), an esteemed double-blind peer-reviewed open-access online publication affiliated with the Faculty of Education at University College Fairview, calls for scholarly contributions aimed at advancing the caliber of educational leadership, management, and innovation. Manuscripts employing diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, encompassing qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-research methods, are welcomed for their potential to enhance the academic discourse within our educational community. Authors are strongly encouraged to consider the local and global implications = of their scholarly work. JELI is dedicated to fostering effective communication within the academic sphere, catering to a diverse readership that includes scholars, educators, parents, and academic leaders at both school and higher education levels. It is essential that all submitted manuscripts be in the English language

NOTE TO AUTHORS 
When preparing your revised manuscript, you are asked to carefully consider the reviewer comments which are attached, and submit a list of specific responses each of the comments (a matrix) so as to facilitate the re-review process. The Journal of Educational Leadership and Innovation (JELI) is an open-access online journal published biannually in January to February and August to September. Employing a double-blind, peer-review system, JELI ensures content quality. We invite article submissions in English , focusing on educational leadership, pedagogical best practices, innovations in teaching and learning, and related topics. Submission deadlines should be at least 30 days before the nearest publication date; otherwise, they will be considered for the next round.
