Author Guidelines

All articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format using font 12 points in single line spacing. Any figure inserted in the text should be in jpeg format or Print Screen in MsWord format. The tables and figures should be placed at relevant places in the text. Please ensure that the manuscript uses the APA version 6 format for the references. In all, the manuscript should not be more than 12 pages in length, and the number of words for the manuscript are 5,000-6000. 

Submission Preparation Checklist

The following list will be useful during the final checking of an article prior to sending it to the journal for peer-review.

Ensure that the following items are present:

 

Title

A title for the manuscript with less than 15 words. It should be concise and informative. Avoid using abbreviations and formulae.

 

Author(s)

Provide full names and affiliations of all authors.

One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details: E-mail address and full postal address

 

Abstract

All  manuscript must have  abstract . 

Keywords

Immediately after the abstract, provide 3-5 keywords.

 

Introduction

Introduce the aims of the study and provide background for your work. Include a literature review with explicit local and international connections for relevant ideas and explain the theoretical underpinnings and key concepts of your paper, outlining the objectives, questions or hypotheses of your study.

 

Methodology

Provide sufficient detail on how you engaged in your inquiry. Clear descriptions of your participants, research instruments with a pilot study for its validity and reliability, along with data collection and analysis techniques should be described.

 

Results

Results should be clear and concise and should be consistent with the research aims.

 

Discussion

Present the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. It should show and explain how your work connects with or inconsistent with the literature.

 

Conclusions, implications, and suggestions

The main conclusions of the study should be presented in a short summary section. The implication of the findings and suggestions for future study should also be included.

 

References

Make sure that all references mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa. Examples of References:

Lee, J., & Miller, D. (2000). People matter: Commitment to employees, strategy and performance in Korean firms. Strategic Management Journal, 20(6), 579-593.

Bamberger, P., & Meshoulam, H. (2000). Human resource strategy: Formulation, implementation and impact. Beverly Hills, CA: Sage.

Language

Please write your text in good Malay or English. The manuscript needs to have spelling-checked and grammar-checked before submitting it to the journal.

 

Copyrighted material

Make sure that permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet). Authors are responsible for permission of using other people’s material/figure/copyright in the manuscript.   

 

Figures

Ensure that each Figure has a caption under the figure. A caption should comprise a brief title. Figures should be label as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc. Example:

Tables

Type one table on a single page only (no separate table in two pages is allowed). Number the tables consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc), with brief descriptive titles above the left corner of the tables (in italic fonts). For example:

Submission deadlines should be at least 30 days before the nearest publication date; otherwise, they will be considered for the next round.
