The Journal of Educational Leadership and Innovation (JELI) is a double-blind peer-reviewed open-access online publication affiliated with the Faculty of Education at University College Fairview. Published biannually in January–February and August–September, JELI is dedicated to advancing scholarship in educational leadership, management, and innovation.
Aims and Scope
JELI welcomes scholarly contributions that examine and enhance educational leadership, management, and innovation across all levels of education. The journal seeks to bridge theory and practice by publishing research that addresses contemporary challenges and emerging trends in educational contexts.
We invite manuscripts that employ diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research. Authors are encouraged to consider both local and global implications of their work, contributing to meaningful dialogue within the international educational community.
